My experience with building with Pycon was exceptional, definitely recommend this builder to anyone looking to build a new home. From my initial meetings with Belina in Sales where plans were drawn, to working with the contracts team Erin and Kristy and of course John through the build, the process was very professional. A special shout out to Lory the interior designer who imparted her knowledge and eased the burden on some of my initial selections. I am a very satisfied customer, thank you Pycon.

We’ve had Matt and their team onboard giving our 1980’s split level brick home a new lease on life. Both Matt and Mel demonstrated a wealth of experience in not just the hands on physical construction elements but their communication and project management was second to none. Hoping to get them back to design and build a guest bathroom.

Matt and his team did a great job with the large opening put in one of our walls, completing the task in just 4 days. I would recommend CastleCrew for any similar renovations.

McDonald Jones Port Macquarie built our new home and we are extremely happy with all aspects of this project. .Had some issues at drafting stage that were better handled with the other builds in the area and some further issues when the build was managed with my original site supervisor. However my 2nd and current site supervisor has resolved any issues I've had and has been extremely attentive to the rest of the build resulting in a great house. All work has been done to a good standard.

We found the construction stage to be very good on the Mid North Coast with Site supervisor Brett Cotterell. He addressed any issues we had and kept the build on track getting us in before expected. He built us a quality home! About to have the 13 week defect list attended to so we're hoping to get great service we received from Brett from the warranty team. Thanks Brett and thanks McDonald Jones for our lovely home.
