I went with my dad here today and, was absolutely amazed there hot chocolate was the best I’ve ever had. And that’s not me exaggerating also, there cappuccinos are also to die for. Id 100% recommend them as the best in Canberra. Also the staff are super friendly.

A group of nine bike riders turned up without a booking at Oliver Brown’s on Bunda St. The cafe staff welcomed us and made room inside as it was wet and cold. The coffee, hot chocolates, tea and cakes were all great. The service was excellent.

I absolutely love the mint dark hot chocolate and jasmine tea at Oliver Brown; it's my favorite meeting spot..

Outstanding customer service with great food. I always visit Maxbrenner at Belconnen on Sunday evening with my nephew and we just love the vibe and food over there. Staff at the store are so friendly with cheerful attitude even during peak hours

Tried many variety of desserts and drinks many times and overall it’s a great place with amazing ambience. The service sometimes is very friendly and sometimes the staff looks tired and agitated. Overall loved this Max Brenner!

Great place for hot chocolate and desserts. Great atmosphere. And bonus open till around 9 PM on most days which is awesome.

Visited Canberra Centre Haigh’s twice this week. Delicious chocolate, OUTSTANDING customer service! They asked about our day, how we were and if we needed a had at all. Google only allowed me to rate them out of 5 stars but would have gone much higher if I could! Definitely recommend!!!!!!

This is a wonderful shop. Not only is the quality and range of chocolate brilliant, but the staff are unfailingly polite and always take the time to make you feel extremely welcome in the store. Definitely a worthwhile stop on any visit to the Canberra Centre.

We had a lovely experience purchasing some table favours for our wedding. Exceptional customer service, thank you.
