Great Vietnamese food, as good as it gets. Delicious, fresh, flavorsome with generous portions. Service was great and the kitchen is in full view behind glass which is always reassuring. Great spacious decor with a nice casual ambience. Excellent for a quick bite or a family feast. Highly recommended.

We went there today. We had special beef pho and beef pho but with crispy chicken. Their soup were nice. The roast quails was alright.. seems like very busy restaurants, vibes was pretty good.

One of the Best tasting Laksa and Pho dishes out there. You can tell the difference straight away once you try, and this is coming from us that regularly eats at Vietnamese restaurants. Staff are quiet friendly especially to the regulars. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars

Genuinely my favorite pho place in Australia. I've eaten pho in many other restaurants in different cities but every single time I wished I could go back to Bistro Nguyen's. Their other dishes are great too, especially the rice dishes. But every time without fail I have come here for the brisket pho or the rare beef pho. Please never change the way you serve your pho.

Lovely family run business, we stopped by for lunch and enjoyed the Nguyen's Special Fried Rice with vietnamese sausage, chicken and eggs and the Special Pho - both generous servings and delicious.

Had lunch at the Bistro Nguyen's today. In short a great experience. Spent $20 and got a massive bowel of fried rice with seafood chunks, delicious. The food was prompt, cooked well, and served on designer dishes. I would go any day, value for money, overall pleasent atmosphere. If you like vietnamese food including noodles, soups and more you have to go.

The food was great, genuinely priced and the service quick even when the place was busy. The interiors and ambience is also amazing. Would love to be back.

A delicious, freshening balanced tasty meal. One beef pho and other lemon grass chicken boon, (rice vermicelli salad). Simply scrumptious! We will definitely return.
