The staff are exceptionally friendly and engaging, making my visit even more enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the products and eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Zara, is a standout team member! One highlight of my visit is their hot chocolate, crafted from a continuously churning chocolate fountain. It’s rich and indulgent, with a variety of flavors available. My personal favorite is the chili hot chocolate; it offers a perfect balance of warmth and spice that elevates the classic drink to new heights. Overall, Koko Black is a must-visit for any chocolate lover. Sitting in the Block arcade offers a little more to the experience. With its quality offerings and welcoming atmosphere, it's sure to become your go-to spot for all things chocolate! Kid-friendliness: It heaven for kids. Staff engage with them greatly, taking the time to answer questions that they have.

We had a delightful dining experience at Koko Black in the Royal Arcade, Melbourne. Millie who served us, was incredibly attentive, well-mannered, and welcoming. The chocolates and hot chocolates served were not only delicious but also a testament to the exceptional quality offered. We look forward to coming again for another delightful visit!

Best hot chocolate in town!!! I tried the Chocolate flight, it included 3 items which are cacao cold brew, original hot chocolate and chocolate bar. All these are made from the same type of cacao bean! When you order the set, there is a card to let you write down how you feel about it, love this details. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the chocolate. I would like to try the chocolate cake next time!

Mork hot chocolates have always been delicious, and on our recent visit to Melbourne we got an opportunity to visit the brew house. It's nice to have a sit-down space to enjoy a hot chocolate with other delicious non-chocolate or chocolate based pastries. Campfire hot chocolate was an absolute favourite, and the flight provided an opportunity to try chocolate from a new perspective. The cocoa cold brew was truly interesting.

Lovedddddd it. I really liked everything. The staff were so friendly. A small cafe . Can also buy the hot chocolate powder. Bought a dark chocolate and cinnamon bun. Both were so good together. I will go back to try more.
