This cafe has quickly become my new favorite spot in Melbourne! From the moment I stepped inside, I was enchanted by the cozy, inviting atmosphere. The decor has a perfect balance of modern and rustic elements, creating a space that is both stylish and welcoming! Whether you're craving a delicious coffee, a satisfying meal, or just a comfortable spot to relax and unwind, this cafe is an absolute must-visit. P.S Must try their hot Chocolate!

Lovely cafe with superb service, great coffee, and delicious food. I had the baked egg and it was yummy and filling. The waiting staff were really nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and specious as well. Seems like a popular place as it was pretty much packed when we visited on a weekday.

Such a cute and nice place to have brunch! Loved their baked eggs and their brioche was so good too. Croissant is nice and crispy. Service was friendly. 10/10 will go back again!

We had been eager to try this restaurant for quite some time, and we finally did. :) The each meal has their own unique taste. We loved their Escargot! Their French onion soup and their bread with butter were good too. For mains, we had their Entreco?te and Veritable Steak au poivre, both were amazing!!!! The creme brulee was fine too. Well, I personally liked the simplicity and unique taste of each meal. For the service, I appreciate the efficiency and effort of each staff. I can see that they do try their best to serve the customers. The meals were served on time and smoothly. I think they deserve the tips. :) For the ambiance, I think it can be improved a little. It is a bit small and a bit outdated. It can get noisy at times. However, over all, we really enjoyed our dinner here. :)

I’ve been to France Soir many years ago and this lovely restaurant is still a fabulous place to dine now. We had a long lunch last Saturday, the Duck rillette was amazing and our fish, the flounder was beautifully cooked. Great friendly service as usual.

Great staff, very knowledgeable, traditional dishes done nicely. Prices are fair and can get rather busy so make sure you get a booking. Keen to return and try more dishes.

Super lovely date night location. Went here for an early dinner before jazz candlelight in the nearby town hall. Beautiful interior and the service was amazing!! Our waitress helped recommend us some of the classic dishes, because it was our first time having french cuisine!! They offer two or three course options and you get to pick the dishes. We had the snails for entree, duck for main, ratatouille for side and the crème brûlée for dessert. Everything was so delicious and I will come back next time to try out the other dishes!! Definitely worth trying the place if you’re in the location or want to wine and dine French cuisine!!!

This was my first time dining here and we loved it! All the food was beautiful and full of flavour. Staff was friendly since the beginning and make us feel comfortable and wine was excellent. One of the best experiences I have had. Thank you so much!

This place is sensational. The French onion soup sweet and rich, the beef cheeks melted on your mouth and so full of flavour. The creme brulee, one of the best I've had outside of France. Do yourself a favour and try this place...
