Cathy/Kathy approached me to offer assistance, but I waved her away thinking grabbing my previous size off the rack would be a quick in an out, get on with my life fully supported. She noticed I was having difficulty and asked again if she could help. She is so knowledgeable, respectful and spent time grabbing countless sizes off the racks for me. I have always shopped at a "proper bra shop" where they size you and help make sure you have the right fit, but alas in a regional area that was no longer available. Just as I was about to abort my shopping experience as too hard, she saw me. I left happy with my purchases.

I had an amazing experience with Gizem at the Givenchy counter in Myer! She was so friendly, patient, and really took the time to find the perfect foundation match for me absolutely spot on.

Amazing service from all the team at the GIFTORIUM, especially from Vicky, Donna, Iuri, Sophia T and bubbly Ally. All smiling, asking for help, over and beyond to assist today. Thank you.

Today I went to the store with husband and daughters mainly for perfume shopping, we were so lucky to have Bianca looking after us, add to her kind personality smiley face, Bianca is so passionate about what she’s doing she showed high end professionalism went above and beyond to accomodate our requests we walked out buying 4 bottles of perfume to come home open my bag to find a little card from Bianca thanking us for our store visit, that made up my evening how lovely and professional she is Even though David jones Miranda is my store but definitely when I head to the city I have to go and see her.

I visited the Louis Vuitton, David Jones Sydney a month ago, hoping to use my store credit before my overseas trip. Kikki greeted me warmly when I arrived and immediately made me feel welcome. I initially wanted to get a Neverfull bag but wasn't sure about the handles. Kikki took the time to understand my preferences and introduced me to another classic bag—the Speedy bag—which was exactly what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the products and attentive service truly impressed me. Kikki went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect bag for my needs. I left the store feeling satisfied and excited about my purchase. I highly recommend visiting this store and seeking out Kikki for her excellent service.

Stylist Riri took no time getting my brother fitted in the finest of fashion that David Jones has to offer, with no hesitation she has him styled and smiling out the door, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking for Riri when getting kitted out in an outfit for any occasion.

An employee with brown hair i believe her name was rosa she greeted me with a big smile. I found exactly the pink womens shirt i was searching for. Thanks to this fantastic worker!! As a mum of two my life can be so hard but broadway kmart just made my day a little easier. Thank you rosa i think about you often.

The lady at the door (I think her name tag said Tracy) was super helpful and nice and pointed us in the right direction, and even remembered some other things that would help us a few minutes later when we were passing by. @tracy you're a legend I hope they give you a raise.

Great place for buying toys for kids! The prices are cheaper than anywhere else for the same items. We always buy Lego, board games, books, hot wheels and other toys for kids and their friends! Recommended.
