Kaplan helped me to build my first home, the whole process was seamless, I had a fantastic project manager who kept me up to date with absolutely everything. They have beautiful showrooms which are great to decide colours and plan your home. I had the best experience with Kaplan, my new home is gorgeous, I cannot fault them, they are a fantastic team. The inclusions are also incredible, I love the fireplace we have in our lounge room, it makes it feel very cosy. Cost was accurate and fair, never had any hidden costs. After completion, the repairs team is so seamless and easily to contact, I've contacted them and they were booked to come in a few days, fantastic! Overall incredibly happy with my new home.

The construction completed well early than planned without any defects to the construction. Especially appreciate delivering a quality product for the same price fixed 2 years before during the price hike for the materials. We also appreciate the support given by Emel during the financial issues regarding the change requests. Very good customer service.

A great experience for my first granny flat build with Five star builders. Communication and end to end process was seamless.
