Flawless service and workmanship! We had our bifold and side door repaired and improved, as it was leaking rain water into the house. We had the wonderful Mick, who is so lovely and professional, he knew exactly what to do and had great attention to detail. He arrived on time, finished the job very nicely, and did not rush. We'll be The Window Guy customers for as long they stick around! Everyone we dealt with were wonderful and helpful. Thank you also to Natasha, Jennifer and Helen all very helpful.

Excellent service! Low wait time for an appointment which was nice.I provided pictures and descriptions of the windows to be fixed and was quoted on that basis. The technician who came was an absolute expert and diagnosed the issues quickly, although they were different to what was quoted. Very friendly and spoke with me about each window as well to help me understand what he was doing and why. VERY happy customer.

This is a very professional business. All staff that I dealt with were very efficient and courteous. They worked diligently to solve the issues I had with some sliding windows in my investment unit. I had to reschedule the repair a couple of times and they accommodated this without any fuss or complaint. The work was completed to a high standard. Very satisfied with this service and highly recommend this business.

After a Friday afternoon broken window emergency, Steve from World Class Replacement came to our rescue. Making time the very next day to come and replace the glass, he did so efficiently and super quick. Thank you so much! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who ever needs to have glass replaced!

So happy that I chose this business to replace a glass panel. Friendly and professional, showed up on time and came out so quickly with a great price compaired to other quotes and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend this business.

Had a smashed glass sliding door. Jake had it fixed and replaced on a Sunday within two hours. Cant recommended these guys enough and the prices are best and most affordable.

Brett who did the installing was so efficient and organised and just great to deal with as was Trish in the office. Cannot recommend this company enough.
