Great customer service when you call the office always helpful, the Guys pumping out the grease traps are working very very clean most important to us as our traps are located inside the kitchen. They are very reliable on time and happy. Thank you we appreciate you Guys!

Serviceman Craig attended and within a very short time had the totally shot pump out and replaced with a new unit. Excellent sales team, they couldn't do enough for me to get my plans through council. Wasn't sure if this extended to after sales service but I logged a service call this morning and they attended an hour after my call and fixed the problem. Not sure why the negative reviews but I highly recommend them based on my experience.
