My fiancé and I had the best experience at this company! We had a woman guide us through and help us get the ring we wanted while sticking to a certain budget. She was very informative and had great. customer service skills, I didn’t catch her name but I’m sure all the agents are amazing there . The ring was meant to take 4-6 weeks to make, it ended up being ready within 3 weeks.

I had a great experience with GS diamonds starting from choosing and buying diamond online and helping me with online assistance as well as my ring was supposed to be made in 6-8 weeks but it was made in 4 weeks which was just perfect. I had a great experience at Armans Jewellery. The staff were incredibly easy going and attentive from the moment I walked in. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted in an engagement ring and provided guidance without any pressure. I was impressed with their flexibility and commitment to meeting a tight deadline. The staff were able to ensure the ring was ready on time without compromising on quality which made the proposal overseas in Florence a success and stress-free. Highly recommended!
