From booking the reservation on the hotel’s website (book as a member for a percentage discount) to checkout, just a wonderful experience. Absolutely gorgeous Horizon Suite on level 35. Everything one could want, amazing size, beautiful bathroom and the best views of west and east of the harbour bridge extending to the heads, this includes the Opera House and Bennelong Point. Housekeeping efficient and thorough. Horizon club was superb as usual with excellent service, delicious food offerings and an amazing view. We love our breakfasts there, afternoon tea and the evening canapés and drinks. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Shangri-La Hotel! The service was exceptional. The atmosphere is simply stunning. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. The room was equipped with high-quality toiletries,bathrobes, coffee maker. Highly recommend!

My son and I just had a magical stay! The view from our room was incredible. Location was perfect to walk everywhere and the coffee was great! I love the mix of modern and classic interior. Only thing I would suggest to improve would be a bigger pool and spa. We cannot wait to come back!!

We stayed for a week in a king harbour view room. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, bed linen, towels etc clean and in perfect condition, housekeeping was really polite and attentive. Check in and check out was simple quick and professional, breakfast was amazing, the buffet was kept restocked and had an incredible selection (we had the continental). The view from our room was so beautiful, the block out curtains were fantastic and we didn't get any noise from the city or cars etc. Some small repair/maintenance needed to be done in the bathroom which they are aware of, but very minor and did not effect our stay at all. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Beautifully appointed hotel and room. Great location for the CBD of Sydney and catching the tram. Darling Harbour on the other side. Wonderful staff and all times. The bed was so comfy, and the room was lovely. The only downside was we could not put our blind up to see of our the window but that is a minor thing. Do your self a favour and stay at this hotel. Well worth the money.

We stayed a weekend in the balcony suite. Fantastic views, great customer service and the buffet breakfast was great too. Brilliant location being very central for walking to everything we wanted to do. The only down side would have to be the parking. Paying $750 a night you'd think that you would get free parking. $55 a day parking was a bit steep but there is no other option if you intend on driving there. Apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay

Thoroughly enjoyed being part of the bridal party of a wedding that started here. Anything and everything we needed was provided. Rooms spacious, beds comfortable and staff were accomodating. Would stay here again considering it’s so well located.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Beds were very cleaned and comfortable. They filled up the free drinks in the mini refrigerator everyday but no snacks. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Great location to walk around town. Definitely will stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with very central location close to all facilities. Hotel room is clean and modern, and staff are friendly and helpful. Has lap pool, steam and sauna, and several restaurants inside the building. Buffet breakfast is also lovely. Will definitely stay here again. Great value for the price and it’s very reasonable.
