Our experience purchasing a mattress at Snooze Alexandria was outstanding thanks to Martez. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to really understand what we were looking for and guiding us through all the options without any pressure. Her product knowledge was impressive — she explained the differences clearly and helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs. What stood out most was her genuine care and understanding of how to serve customers well. It felt like she truly wanted us to make the right choice, not just make a sale. Tom was also great, clearly explaining the delivery process and product care. A great customer experience — highly recommend asking for Martez and Tom.

Had the absolute pleasure of being served by Aidan last Saturday. He was so lovely, knowledgeable and gave us all the time in the world. He wasn’t pushy, just explained everything on offer and the different levels. Ended up purchasing a bed, mattress, mattress protector, doona and two pillows. The bed arrived on Thursday. We recently purchased a Queen sized mattress from Dial a Bed at Rhodes in Sydney. We had compared many different mattresses from different suppliers and we prioritized high quality first and to a lesser extent paying a reasonable price. We found what we wanted at Dial a Bed where we found the quality at surprisingly a price less than buying an imported mattress of a similar quality. The service at Dial a Bed was friendly and informative provided by someone with decades of family involvement in the bedding and mattress sector. We remain completely satisfied with our purchase.

Very friendly staff and helpfull The fellow that delivered the mattress was efficient and was very good. Better still he took my other mattress ,that I might add look like it was new saved me the trouble of getting it down stairs and ringing the council. I have been going there for years buying pillows have brought 3 mattress's do you think I keep going back to the same place if there service was no good. That should count for something.
