This is the best optometrist in town. I have been going for several years now after disastrous visits to another well publicised business. I have always found the staff helpful, the optometrist addresses my concerns and explains everything to me. I feel confident I am getting the best treatment. The help with finding frames that suit me is also fantastic. This is just the best optometrist in town.

David Bradley provided yet another comprehensive test at my recent visit. His professionalism & expertise makes me feel totally comfortable & safe in his care. He is ably supported by excellent client service skills from Tracy & the reception team.

Mark is highly skilled, professional and clearly has a passion for what he is doing. At the same time he is funny, engaging and makes you feel very comfortable and well looked after. I wear rigid gas permeable contact lenses and in the past was always made to feel like I was a very "hard case" by my previous optometrists. My contacts were never comfortable and I often had eye infections and irritation due to bad fitting. Since Mark fitted my contacts, they are perfect! No more issues and very reasonable pricing. I am so grateful for my contacts as they add so much quality of life compared to wearing heavy glasses. Thanks Mark.

Hands down one of the best optometrists I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Brilliant, thorough and with awesome explanation at every step of the exam and prescription process, and all executed with grace and charm. Plus - some very funky frames on offer too!
