Went in store to ask about fixing my Maui Jim sunglasses. The lady I spoke with was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The sunglasses needed a minor adjustment which she organised in store while I waited. Highly recommended.

Wonderful friendly and professional staff, especially with our two children (6yr & 11yr) when they had their eye tests. Highly recommend.

From the moment I entered their rooms in Maroochdore, I was met with absolute professionalism and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend FITZPATRICK FAMILY OPTOMETRISTS. The optometrist who looked after me, Kate McLennan, was just wonderful. Definitely a FIVE STAR experience.

Visited for the first time to gain a 2nd opinion. Met with Scott, who was very thorough and took his time to explain the pro's and cons of the options I had. Even though one of the options I was considering meant that I may not be back in future. Highly Recommend!!.

Very impressed with Fitzpatrick Family Optometrists. Reception staff were warm,welcoming and very efficient. The optometrist I saw was Kate. She was excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional and cheerful. Kate remembered my Assistance Dog’s name which immediately put me at ease. Overall a fantastic customer experience here.
