I greatly appreciate the ability and willingness of Dr Morris to explain medical test results and issues clearly and honestly, in language which is easy for anyone without a medical science background to understand. He is not at all patronizing or impatient and is happy to answer any questions put to him. If needs be, he will refer to specialist colleagues in relevant medical fields. Being able to listen to a patient and actually ‘hear’ what they are saying (even if they express themselves clumsily), is an invaluable skill which not every medico possesses.

Myself and husband have seen Dr Roger Morris for a few years. We always receive great thorough treatment and he has a terrific manner. I have also seen other doctors in the practice and can't find any fault. Nurses and receptionist are great and always polite. Thankyou Medicine on Second.

The reception staff are incredibly helpful and kind as is the nurse with whom I spoke today. . I am fairly new to this practice, but really glad that I found them. The doctors who have treated me have taken the time to listen to my symptoms and have explained what treatment/prescriptions are required. I would highly recommend this practice.

The annual in depth Health assessment, was professionally and thoroughly conducted by a very friendly and helpful nurse. A positive Expirience.

I made a short notice request for adhoc new patient treatment. From completing an online patient detail form to checking in at reception and finally being treated proved seamless and quick. All staff were friendly, welcoming and easy to deal with and I had very little waiting time when at the Centre. I left totally satisfied, well treated with handy recommendations for minor ongoing self treatment. Based on this initial patient contact, I’ll very likely be back if and when needed. Well done to the Medical Centre Staff and all associated processes!

I posted last year about our experience and happy to post again because of the incredible service we were given recently for a potentially very serious situation. Dr Ashley worked through his lunch break to be able to fit our whole family in for an urgent vaccination requirement. The nurse who had to meet us at the back to conduct the swabs was so gentle and put my whole family at ease with her friendliness and professionalism. The Public Health were involved and even praised the staff's efficiency and co-operation throughout the whole process. All bulk-billed too.

Very efficient, welcoming and kind receptionists…. Doctor Ashley White was welcoming and very thorough with his medical history inquiries. He carried out a number of important health checks and was informative with his action plan. A very easy and helpful doctor patient consultation.
