I Saw Dr Bryant after months of pain and another hospital advised I should try pain management. I instantly liked him, as he told it as it is and not pretentious as many surgeons. During my 2 weeks in hosp. ,visited everyday to see if I had any concerns before and after surgery. Having excellent friendly office staff, shows what an excellent human being Dr Bryant is. He deserves the five stars I have given him.

Dr Michael Bryant is by far the best Neuro and Spinal Surgeon around. Very highly educated, talented and skilled at his profession. He has performed a miraculous spinal fusion on myself which has ultimately changed my life for the best. Don’t look past this specialist!

Dr Bryant after a long process and going through each step along way help me get my feeling back in my hands. He was outstanding his bedside manner was second to none He fused my c4 c5 c6 and help me second to none. Also he decomposed my ulnar never in both arms. Nothing was ever a drama. Thanks for your time.

My husband has severe neuropathy and other complex pain issues but with Dr Byrne's help we identified that some of it was caused by nerve compression in his back. Dr Byrne explained everything really clearly including all possible complications and options. The staff, nurse Kristy and the receptionists, are all very friendly, professional and helpful. The operation went well and due to my husband's complex issues Dr Byrne kept him in one extra night which was greatly appreciated. Our physio recommended Dr Byrne and now we know why and would happily do the same.

I was referred to Dr Byrne for severe arm and shoulder pain, Dr Byrne diagnosed me with a herniated disc in my neck that compressed the nerve that went down my left arm. He informed me that if I didn't have an immediate operation there could be long term consequences for the use of my arm. He fitted me in for surgery within a week and a half, that was seven weeks ago and I feel fantastic. All pain in my arm and shoulder has gone. Dr Byrne and his staff have been fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone who requires a Neurosurgeon to see Dr Byrne, you definitely won't be disappointed.

Stephen performed my disctectomy, best thing I ever did . Finished the operation 15:00 , the next morning I was up at 03:00 - showered and dressed myself , went home at 10:00. Both he and Vikki were awesome to deal with. If you need it done , talk to these guys.

After experiencing extreme pain in my lower back with referred sciatica pain down my right leg, I went to see Dr Stephen Byrne who arranged for me to have an MRI. It was then Dr Byrne told me that there was some of a disc and bone pressing on the nerve, He said that he could operate and remove some pieces of disc and bone to relieve me of the pain which he did and I am very happy to report that I noticed the next day that most of that pain had gone and 2 weeks later I was walking quite freely. After 6 weeks I was back doing things like mowing the lawn. My surgery was a Right L3/4 Foraminal Discectomy. Dr Byrne, Vikki, Christine and Krystle are very professional, friendly and efficient. Dr Byrne is an amazing surgeon and i feel that I have my life back. I would recommend Dr Byrne to anyone. - BH Reply

What a surgeon, everything was explained to me & my husband & the operation went well (so I was told).This is now week 6 since my opp & everything is going to plan. Also he came to see me every day in hospital until he let me go home.I can highly recommend Dr Stephen Byrne & his staff . - LG Reply

After putting up with constant pain for the better part of 10 months, I consulted Dr Byrne on June, 2024. Just 2 months later, Dr Byrne performed a Laminectomy on my back on August. I am completely happy with the result and am pain free at last. As a result, I am more than satisfied and strongly commend he as a Surgeon and his very competent assistant, Vicki. - GE Reply
