Best experience I have had since having these over the last 25 years. Lisa and all admin staff “amazing”, Dan and Austin anaesthetists “so personable” nursing staff, “you guys are just wonderful”, last but not least David Smalberger you were awesome. Thank you all for making my upper and lower proceedure so much better than I have encountered elsewhere.

From the initial appointment to the procedure I cannot speak highly enough of this practise. All the staff were lovely, I was cared for very well and kept informed through the entire procedure. I received a follow up call the next day to see if I was ok, Great service.

Recently I was admitted to the Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital to have an ERCP procedure performed by Dr Vikas Gupta. The doctor was very professional and took the time to discuss the procedure fully with me and answer my questions. The procedure was successful and before I was discharged Dr Gupta came down to check that I was okay and then followed up with a phone call three days later to check my recovery was going well.
