Life changing experience, truly. Getting help from Dr Thomas, Tilly and all the people at Nevro has made my journey so much simpler and happier. I don't think they could do anything to improve their current service; I highly recommend Tilly from Q-Pain and James from Nevro especially but everybody I've seen or worked with have been super lovely and helpful. My pain is decreased by a significant amount and it truly has been so so helpful. I'm very glad I made the decision to go with Q-Pain as they have changed my life for the better.

Thank you Dr Thomas and team for your professionalism and great work. I have been in immense pain since the accident and honestly thought that nothing could help. Dr Paul Frank is one of the most knowledgeable, attentive and understanding specialists I have ever come across. I have been seeing Dr Frank for many years and wouldn't trade him for the world. He listens, takes considerable time to assess your condition and only treats if necessary. I think he is magic. The staff at Dr Frank's rooms are so lovely. They are always comforting and kind and try to help out as much as they can. I cannot recommend Dr Frank and his team highly enough.

Dr Frank where do i start? Your compassion is so rare to find in these kinds of settings these days. And the knowledge you have is just mind blowing. You have helped me so much with my complex pain issues. You have never let me down and always offered the best treatment as possible. I can not thank you enough for everything you have done for me. Andre you are such a great asset to Dr Frank. You have always gone above and beyond to try and find the best possible solution to certain problems that i have had. So i thank you so much as well. And Belle and the reception staff you ladies are honestly so lovely. It is always refreshing walking into the clinic and being greeted with a nice smile. I want to thank you all so so much for everything you have all done for me so far. If you want care that is above par look no further you will not find better.

Have waited sometime to get in to see Dr Frank and he has taken me in to work through many many years of chronic back pain after surgery. He is the best pain specialist in Queensland.

My wife has been a patient of Dr Frank and Dr Park since 2022, over this time the Resolve Pain team have shown an understanding and caring approach to complex pain symptoms and complex medication requirements. They have listened and explained complex pain conditions that we could understand and have persisted in trying several treatment procedures.

Very courteous, understanding in your pain, would recommend them and have done so already in the past.i am so happy with the treatment I have been given and had helped me be able to resolve my pain.
