My boys have attended The Hive since the start of 2023 and the educators and staff have been absolutely amazing with us. They really do go above and beyond with the care, love and affection for my boys and all the other kids. Best day care centre we have attended.

We love our daycare days. The girls are greeted with a smile and chat from the ladies at reception. There's always a cuddle if it's a tough goodbye and photos throughout the day to keep me updated. I love listening to them sing new songs they learn from daycare. A great clean and friendly centre.

My daughter attended Nursery from 10 months and is now in the Toddler 1 room. My daughter loves her educators and is excited in the mornings to go to day care at The Hive. We have both felt supported since she started and she is such a sociable and confident toddler. The staff always take time to give me verbal feedback about her day, as well as useful information, photos and milestone reports on the app. We enjoy reading about the intentional teaching for the week and noticing our daughter use it at home. The Centre Director and Admin are approachable and responsive to any queries I have.

The staff at Alphabet Preschool does feel like an extended family. They have been responsive, clear with communications, I love getting consistent updates of my child via Storypark. The educators could always answer my questions about how my child's day was, and most importantly he always looks like he doesn't want to leave at pickup time! (Must be having a great time) Thank you to the lovely staff for letting us place our child here with ease of mind.

Absolutely amazing centre! It's an extended family not just a centre My boys love it, even though my oldest boy is in grade 1 he loves going to see all the fabulous staff when we pick up his brother. The owners are beautiful and the staff are caring, understanding, approachable and very supportive. They have fantastic ideas and implement them wonderfully and are constantly striving to better the community and the world. I could go on for days but I'll finish with I'd give them15 out of 5 stars if I could.

5 stars isn’t enough for this excellent childcare center. Since day 1, Alphabet preschool have always gone far beyond teaching and caring for children. More than a center, it is a family, where communication and wellbeing are key. Shout out to an amazing team of educators, administrative, kitchen staff and owners! We really appreciate the effort, care and high standards, and would highly recommend the center to any parent.

As a mother, it was very hard to leave my children in care, I was torn. However Headstart Geelong West was amazing. The staff really looked after me and my children. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring, and the center is full of color and activity. My eldest Olivia, 2, talks about all her friends and all the fun activities they did that day, and I think its great that Olivia can visit her little brother and have playtime together. Very impressed with Headstart and would recommend with confidence.

My daughter attends head start full time and I can't recommend them enough. The educators are kind and caring. The facilities have been recently updated. She gets to participate in French classes, music and yoga. I receive weekly emails letting me know what she is learning. Some days she is having so much fun she does not want to leave.

A positive environment, where my son appears happy, content, and settled. A centre team is well qualified and experienced. A safe and secure environment. Staff have quality relationships with children. And high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. Really recommended.
