First time buyer at OMF and had a nice experience purchasing a bed base at the Geelong store. Emma was very friendly, informative and helped get it all sorted. I would definitely return to the Geelong store based on how great Emma’s service and professionalism was. Additionally, I was impressed by the regular communication from the delivery staff and how I was able to find a time that worked for me. Thanks to Emma and delivery staff for making the process so smooth.

Absolutely fantastic service from Jolene today. Her knowledge and patience whilst we worked out what mattress to buy was superb. We brought another matress a while back which we love. I have also recommended OMF to my friend who then bought 2 mattresses. They are really comfortable.

100% satisfied with our custom bed & the extremely personalized customer service we were shown. Supporting a local family business really pays off - you won’t get this genuine support & care from the big chain stores. Michael had followed my brief to the tee of wanting a super super firm firm verging on hard matress - when he delivered just that I found I had made a mistake as it was too firm & gave me hip pain during the night. Not a problem Michael wants it to be right so back to the workshop (twice I might add) until he knew I was satisfied. In the end we have ended up with a superbly built comfortable bed. Thankyou to Michael Adrianna Ash Margie & the team for their patience professionalism & high quality workmanship.

Thanks Slumberworld Geelong for our made to measure mattresses for our motorhome. Friendly and professional staff, and our order was completed promptly. They also made a mattress for our dog, which was a lovely surprise. We are very satisfied customers.

We would like to thank all the staff at 40 Winks Geelong, especially Rachel who went above and beyond to help us purchase a mattress, base and bedding accessories. We were probably the most difficult customers in the sense that we were very undecided, had a certain budget, wanted to test so many beds, kept changing our minds and Rachel was so patient and helpful all the time. She just genuinely wanted us to be happy and find the right mattress and in the end we did and have been sleeping on it for about a month so far and it is fantastic. It has changed our life by getting such better sleeps. At one stage also we had to change our order because i had changed my mind and all the staff were understanding and it was no trouble at all. We are very grateful for the amazing service we received. We had been to every bed store in Geelong, the others weren't bad but we found 40 Winks to be the best. Absolutely 100% recommended. Our first ever purchase from Forty Winks in Geelong and what an absolute pleasure. Rachel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous and helped us choose the right mattress for our needs.
