Very happy with the service I received from Bradley. He let us look over the car by ourselves without coming out and putting any pressure on us which is what we like. When he thought the time was right he came out and asked if he could be of any assistance. Very happy with the way it was all handled and would definitely recommend friends and family if they were looking to buy.Bradley was very helpful in showing us how everything operated and was very easy to deal with. Well done.

Very happy with the customer service and workmanship carried out on my car. From the courtesy car service, dropping me off and picking me up when service was completed, such an easy straight forward process. I booked my service via their website, it was just so easy. During the service they repaired a fault I had noticed. The final price for service was as quoted when I booked in. This is my 4th car I’ve bought through Gorells, and with each purchase and service, never had any issue whatsoever. Great business from sales to service.

Recently purchased a ex-demo ford ranger from Rex Gorell ford, and was very pleased with their service. I was helped by Aiden, who even picked me up from the airport as I was coming from interstate. Appreciate his honesty, and not being a pushy salesman. Would highly recommend.

Recently purchased a Forester from Subaru Geelong, and had the 1 month Service Check. Brilliant - really helpful, friendly service staff who even completed the work when I got the day and the time of the service wrong !! 1 week earlier than booked in.

Subaru Geelong has amazing customer service, I always speak to Chris in regards to my new car, he is more than helpful and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond.. The car we purchased is absolutely amazing we love all the safety features and couldn't ask for anything more.Thank you Chris and team Subaru.

Very happy with the on the day service experience - service finished ahead of projected time and staff friendly, accommodating and informative. The lead time to book in for a service is still too long which means you have to predict too far out when you will be near the service level.

Being new to the bmw family, I had no idea what to expect, but gee the experience ha been the best. Daniel I the service department sat with me and fully explained everything.
