Bought an item through eBay from these guys and when we went to the store to pick it up the guys couldn't be more friendly and helpful. We ended up buying a couple of other items while we were there that they very generously gave us a good discount on. Would recommend to everyone.

Every time we come here I am reminded of why. These guys are so friendly, it restores my faith in humanity. The prices are great and they always give fantastic discounts out of the good of their hearts. I highly recommend! Amazing selection of Pop Vinyls too.

Wonderful service, brilliant staff, they show compassion and understanding to your individual needs. They are fair , give them a go first before you go to cash converters . I will be a client with them for a very long time. Just amazing service.

2 months ago I've had a smooth and wonderful experience here from start to finish! Firstly, I got a swift reply from Sian when I emailed about an item. At the store, Sam helped me with the purchase and was very friendly, even giving a demonstration that the item works. Unfortunately, I did find a fault, so I was assured by Brett that I would be refunded given the 90 day warranty. Natalie handled the return and was extremely polite and efficient! I am truly impressed by the customer service and highly recommend this store .

Went here a week ago with a tub full of toys for a house clean out. Jake and Angel were incredibly kind and took their time counting all the bits and pieces and giving them a fair price. I had a super pleasant experience, and felt like an incredibly respected customer. A well deserved 5 star.

Went in to speak to someone for advice re a bad purchase from another cash converters store online. Rob was awesome, so helpful and spent some time helping me double checking / testing my item and giving his direction on what to do addressing the other store. So grateful, I'll be back !
