3 Best Furniture Stores in Geelong VIC

I had contacted the Geelong store after customer support online kept taking weeks back and forth to respond to my issue. I had a sun lounger with faulty wood and snapped, it was still under warranty and I needed a replacement. I spoke with Mercy who went above and beyond to get this sorted with her manager. She spoke with customer support her and had my loungers replaced. I received my order very fast. (2 weeks) Compared to the 9month wait I had ton the first order. Highly recommend Mercy.

Can’t thank Maxine the store manager enough for the customer service we received at Freedom a few weeks ago. She went over and above to ensure we were happy with our purchases and offered some great suggestions along the way. We will definitely be back to make some more purchases for our new home. All the staff at freedom geelong are friendly and super helpful and in an era where customer service isn’t always great, the staff here provide service with a smile.

A great store with a massive variety of homewares and furniture. Excellent quality. Leanne B helped me out during my visit today. Very knowledgeable and helpful and made my visit more enjoyable. An asset to Freedom Geelong.

Great customer service at the Geelong store especially when wanting a custom colour/material order! When entering the showroom we were offered some help quickly which was very attentive however my husband and daughter wanted to try out every couch! We made it full circle back to the middle of the store where the staff were happy to answer questions and give us advice. Fast forward 9 weeks our couch was in our living room, 3 weeks early! Seamless process and amazing quality, the best couch we have ever bought.

From the huge selection on the show room floor in Geelong to my living room. Fantastic conversation and service with a smile from KATE. Even helping us with a master warranty on the lounge. We are thrilled with our chaise 5 seater lounge. Never been happier. Thanks to KATE and the team! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the great work.

I placed an order online and pretty much straight away was called by our local store to confirm the order and give me a time frame of when the chair would be due for delivery. I was then called again when they said and delivery booked in. Great communication with the store and then the delivery drivers were great with also letting me know what time that day they would be here. The chair itself is soft and comfy and great for feeding my newborn I love it.

The staff and processes at Thriftway were honestly a breath of fresh air. In store they were prompt and helpful. I called back later to modify an order, they were friendly and sorted everything quickly. The $45 next day delivery was a big plus and the staff who delivered the items were also very professional and considerate. I’ll be back for future furniture purchases.
