Had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren over the phone today when I had an issue with my sliding door; SOHO weren’t willing to send their maintenance team out to assist. Lauren emailed me a very informative video on how to adjust my rollers and it is of it is brand new. Thank you again for a pleasant experience.
