Quite some time ago we had purchased a set of Wusthof/Solingen knives from Chef's Essentials in Geelong. One of the knives snapped so I contacted Hugo. The service and replacement was amazing. Being in my latter years now and having dealt with many persons over many years I can honestly say that Hugo exceeded my expectations dealing with this issue. A big thank you very much. Paul Bell

Amazing shop, has everything imaginable and unimaginable for home, professional cooking and catering. I bought a citrus press during my holiday in Geelong and unfortunately it broke a month later while back home in Melbourne. I contacted the shop, send pictures and Hugo replaced the press within a few days! Thank you guys

Got a Wolfgang Starke utility knife and a Baccarat sharpener almost half price , very happy with both that I already used especially the sharpener to sharpen my chefs knife’s .

Always seem to have lots of bargains great place to pick up that Kris Kringle gift for your office or social Christmas lunch.

Fantastic company both online and instore. I made a large order at Christmas and the delivery was super prompt and the prices for things like glassware and barware were unbeatable. I've also been instore many times and have only ever found the staff friendly and helpful every time. I''ll be going in again soon no doubt.

Tiani has a fantastic sense of humour and was ridiculously helpful. Definitely the best place to go for all of your uniform needs.
