We have been clients of Groom Me by Lisa-Marie since the pink door opened with 3 precious Oodles receiving their monthly pamper over the years. The team is expert in their profession, ensuring my fur babies are happy and relaxed while receiving their perfect do. It was Lisa-Marie’s team that picked up a health issue for my senior cavoodle, subsequently treated with medication for life, so you one can depend on their attention to detail and individual care. My little dog (the black one) was absolutely petrified of being groomed until I gave the previous groomers the heave-ho and took her to Groom-me. She’ll never love being groomed but she’s definitely a squillion percent happier. And our 18-month-old Cairn Terrier just adores her regular visits. The staff are true dog lovers - they’re incredibly kind and do a fabulous job. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Always love coming here, and my dog is always so excited to go there and sad to leave. The groomers are so good and listen to what you want and give the best treatment to all dogs. They are so nice and I would highly recommend them.

At short notice I took my two elderly newly adopted fur babies to Jan. They needed a lot of tender loving care, Due to multiple health issues including many skin tags and benign small growths, heart conditions, deaf and partially blind, knee problems and matted hair. Every groomers perfect client, Not! Jan had no cages, dogs are free to play, the suss ones can be safely separated. I was allowed to stay the whole time to comfort the two seniors. Jan was patient, very knowledgeable, very kind and flexible with dealing with their quirks. Well supplied tools and dogs are so welcomed and loved there. Jan obviously is a good dog whisperer. On leaving I had two very happy, spiffy looking ancients wagging their tails.

Jan did an excellent job grooming my maltese mixed-breed dog, Nicholas, and she cares deeply about animals and their welfare. She puts 100 per cent effort into a meticulous task and my dog came out looking wonderful.

I found Jan very caring and thorough. My dog is very timid and does not trust strangers but Jan made him feel loved and was so gentle with him Will definitely be taking Toby back to Jan .

Tash is absolutely brilliant. Each time we’ve walked in, we’ve been met with a big smile and an eagerness to help! You can tell she cares about the dogs & really looks after them. My two always seem super comfortable when going into the store. Would absolutely recommend K9 Design!

Iv been taking my Maltese shitzu Max here for 6 years. Iv tried other groomers at the beginning and they did a terrible job but Tash at K9 grooming always has done such a beautiful job, never too short and always a nice looking groom around his face. Thanks Tash great work!!
