Absolutely Fantastic! Julie from Ace Mechanics - Quoted me $9,600 to fix Glow plug and oil leak. Ace Mechanics did the job for $3000. Wow very impressive. They were understanding of the creativity Mercedes employs when servicing your vehicle, and ONLY replaced what was needed. The Van runs very well now and very, very happy. The best spot to go to get your Mercedes serviced in Melbourne INMHO. Don't pay over 3 times as much at Mercedes dealerships, cause you don't need too!

Had Mohammed come do a minor service on my bt50. Extremely professional and genuine mechanic and also a really great bloke to top it off highly recommend.

Sincere thanks to Chris and the rest of the team. The best vehicle service experience ever. They did an outstanding job repairing both our cars in a timely manner and were also really helpful with the RWC when we were stressed and unsure of things. They care about their customers and explain everything to details before fixing the issue, and the prices are one of the most reasonable in Melbourne. No matter how many times I called Chris and bombarded him with my questions, he always had the time and patience to listen to me. He explained everything thoroughly—every issue with our cars and what needs to be done to fix them. Finding a mechanic you can trust is very difficult and sometimes never happens. We have tried various different mechanics and received conflicting advice. It was our first time with Cox Auto, and now we feel so lucky to find the mechanic that we can trust. We are very grateful for the team and Chris. We cannot recommend them highly enough. See you guys next time!
