Great service and great humans. They sourced secondhand parts (to keep costs below the insurer's determination of the vehicle's market value), did an excellent job on repairs, provided a courtesy vehicle when they found out my insurer wasn't providing one, and organised a whole vehicle clean before they returned it. I'd give 6/5 if I could.

Louie and his team from Bell Collision Preston did a great job on my father’s car and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend for anyone who requires a reputable panel beater. Also, office staff were friendly and kept in contact with the progress of the repairs. Once again, thank you Louie & team.

All I Can Say is LEGENDS! I cannot thank Kane and his team enough. My car was involved in an accident, damaging it and making strange noises. I immediately googled panel beaters near me in the same suburb because I didn’t want to drive far due to the condition of my car. Kane was incredible—he went above and beyond! He listened to my concerns, offered sound advice, and temporarily fixed my car to make it safe to drive until I could find a replacement. What’s more, he didn’t charge me for the temporary repair. Kane and his team are truly amazing, with their ethics, integrity, and understanding shining through in everything they do. Highly recommended!

There is only handfull off quality body repair shops that stand out from others there is no bullshit .A family business where U know the experience is there I would not hesitate to recommend these guys for any work you might have .As the saying goes there work speaks for it self. WELL DONE GUYS !!
