We recently purchased a furniture package from RJ Living for our new apartment, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Bree was amazing and incredibly helpful, guiding us through the entire process. She chose pieces that worked perfectly for our space, and her expertise made everything so much easier. The delivery process was seamless as well. The team not only installed everything but also took away all the packaging, which was a huge relief. The quality of the furniture is fantastic, and they offer a great mix of pieces to suit all tastes, from on-trend to timeless designs. We wouldn't hesitate to use RJ Living again in the future. We purchased all our furniture via RJ Living Trade for our holiday home and AIrbnb. The team were fantastic from the initial consultation, helped guide our decision making on all our items. This was done by replicating our floor plan, understanding our likes and dislikes and coming up with a theme that would compliment our renovation. The process was done through a mixture of video conferences and showroom visit appointments. Once finalised, we were kept well informed of lead times and delivery schedules. The installation day went very smoothly and despite one small hiccup, the team had a replacement item within a few days.
