I moved into my apartment on Saturday and I have been really impressed with the building, facilities and the concierge team who have been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Great job Lisa and team ! I love the view of the city and how this changes from sunrise to sunset. The city lights at night are spectacular. The location is great for Victoria Market, access to the CBD and transport. I can walk to work in 10 minutes ! Images are taken at first light.

Absolutely could not be happier with my decision to move into the Melbourne Grand! I have never lived in a building where the concierge treat you like family, and make you feel so comfortable and well looked after. The shared spaces and facilities are better than I could have imagined, always clean & well managed. The apartment itself is beautifully designed. Its nice and peaceful with noise not carrying from other occupants at all (important for me as WFH). Security of the building is fab too. Honestly I have lived in many different apartments and this is my favorite one by far! I never want to leave.

Had a fantastic experience. The building's prime location offers breathtaking city views. The concierge staff, especially Harley, went above and beyond to assist us with our move. Harley's positive attitude and helpfulness made the transition seamless, even with the challenge of moving large furniture.

I moved in this Property in Oct last year and till now i must say it has been the best property I have stayed in since last 5 years, the appartments are spacious and has 24/7 security. I would definitely like to thank the conceirge team (Hamid, Gaffar, Tim and Zac) for their awesome work they are doing, it's always good to start your day with a good morning and a smile from these guys..I would also thank Hamid for finding my phone which I left in the Gym overnight and the phone was back to me withing couple of hours.

I stayed at a one bedroom apartment at Australis / Melbourne One by Central Equity for 7 nights and thoroughly loved my stay. The apartment is surprisingly spacious and so clean and well maintained. The flooring, carpentry and furnishings feel very comfortable. It has a very nice homely feel and not noisy. The view is so lovely. This is at a very good location near Southern Cross Station. The food around here are plentiful and we enjoyed exploring the outlets here more than at Bourke Street. This part of Melbourne will have more apartments coming up and this will add to the excitement. I don't think I will stay in a hotel again. I will always stay at Short Stay Apartments when I am in Melbourne. Thank you for a good experience.

Have been living in this building for the past few years and the concierge team has been incredible. They take great care to make sure the building feels like home, all our needs are catered for and they go above and beyond during lockdowns to make sure everyone is safe. Big thank you to the concierge team.

We were lucky on the 7th-floor tennis courts, pool, sauna and gym just around the corner. Didn't really have views but as long as it was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Location is great to take trams anywhere and walking distance to everything you need.

Has been home for the past several years. Super convenient as it close to Uni, Hospital, Station, Tram Stop, Supermarket and Restaurants.

Cool place to live close to EVERYTHING. nice apartment.
