Good prices & such kind lovely staff who are always there to help you decide on which perfumes to pick from, also good for a lovely chat as well, they even give you mini perfumes if you buy a big one! or if you can’t decide on which perfume to pick from, It’s also quite a big place with many different floors & sections such as, kids, pjs, bras, perfumes, skincare, bags, toys, beddings, kitchenware supplies, & so much more! definitely recommend coming here to shop I know I’ll always come back here for more lovely perfumes! also a great place for gifts to.

If you are in City this is one if the best places to shop. Heavy discounts and promotions going on all the time. I always bought appeals and shoes nearly 50-60% off all around the year. Beauty shops always run promotions and gifts. Homewares: located on level 5 have a huge discount and clearance going on. Can find decent decor at great prices. Kids clothing and toys are also great collection.

Tran in the perfume department is absolutely a gem. She helped me put personally to select a perfume for my wedding!! I have been on a hunt for MY PERFECT fragrance since almost over a month. She cared so much and ensured I left the store with something I would love. Absolutely amazed to be treated with such personal attention. Cheers.

I love how the pet products section is so huge! It has so much more variety than other Kmarts! I also love how even in 2024 it still has a garden centre with lots of amazing plants and flowers to choose from.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Gill. He helped me exchange an item and was such a lovely and caring man. He made my day with his positive and kind nature.

Still the biggest best and first Kmart to exist in Melbourne. Iconic! Love the robot coffee machine outside it too. Let's hope Kmart never disappears from real life stores ever.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Big W CBD! My mom lost one of her earrings during our shopping trip, and while Kmart’s response was lackluster, Big W stepped up. Marcus and the store manager were incredibly helpful. They took our details and promised to notify us if the earring turned up. Went there today after my lunch. The man staff near the click and collect was very helpful, he looks very busy because only him there and he got few customers that needed his help (didn't see other staff), and he still help navigated me to the right place for the item that I was looking for.
