“I always check out Chefs Hat when visiting the South Melbourne Market, it’s like the IKEA of the culinary world. It’s a great store for gifts, I like to give cocktail & wine glasses and they have such a great range that is always changing. The staff are so helpful and patient ( I probably drive them crazy with my questions) and appear quite knowledgeable. I’ve picked up some lovely items and the recipients have loved receiving them as gifts. I now want to get the Sam Gordon POTTR coffee cups for myself, they’re gorgeous.”.

What really stood out to me was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist with any questions I had and made my shopping experience enjoyable. Plus, the prices are very affordable.

My partner & I went to Preston store today to pick up some essentials for our new caravan. Matt and Karina were extremely knowledgeable and their customer service was great. We are excited to be one step closer to hitting the road in our caravan.

I am such of fan of this company. Have done click and collect and also online shopping. I have bought my kitchen aid and a few other high priced items. Both the Preston team and the online team have been fabulous. This is now my first shop to explore when I need kitchen items.

Hello, visited mega boutique today, served by the lovely Sue. I was lucky enough to come down today to purchase beautiful crystal items via Waterford and Royal Dalton at really amazing prices for a colleague’s going away present. Sue was so nice, helpful & knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases.

So impressed with this store. I needed new baking trays and the price was better online than anywhere else ! Each piece was wrapped in packaging to avoid damage , and it was here in only a few days! Highly recommend and will be shopping there again.
