We were really impressed by the service we received. We had real problems with rats in our basement. Ken explained every step of the process to eliminate the rat problem and went about rectifying the situation in a most polite, efficient and professional manner. Well done.

Ken was great--great communication, and arrived on time. He helped me with some strategies to deal with snakes, and his pricing was very reasonable.
