Beautiful. We told them it was our anniversary and were sent sparkling wine and chocolates. Our room was on the 24th floor and the view was spectacular. The pool is lovely. Make sure you call for room service to get a robe first. We didn't and went back dripping wet. The temp of the pool is warm and perfect for swimming or just looking put at the view from the 27th floor. Lots of lounges were free and they were comfortable and luxurious. Our bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were exceptional. The reception staff were very helpful and took time to explain everything. We have decided to go back and stay each year as it was so good.

I recently stayed at the Loft Room in Crown Metropol Melbourne, and it was an amazing experience. The room was modern, luxurious, and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Everything in the room was thoughtfully designed and functional, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I was registered at the Melbourne Convention Centre for a conference. A leisurely 5 minute stroll from hotel room to conference centre door. Amazing. Marcus the bag attendant was amazing at his job and so friendly and welcoming. Well done Crown Metropol! A+ service!

Repeat stays prove that the staff really elevate this hotel from good to great. Nothing has been too much trouble and small details were observed (like knocking quietly for a room service delivery because I was on a meeting) to my great satisfaction. I’ve enjoyed every stay, be it for work or leisure. Excellent food too. Congratulations to the whole team!

We had our weekend in Sofitel to celebrate our birthday. Hotel is nice in a great location and amazing staffs. The room is pretty big with overlook city, so beautiful at night. Just the bathroom has no shower which we prefer than bath tub. Love the breakfast with many choices. Overall a pleasant stay!

I had a lovely time here at the Sunday breakfast buffet! The view was amazing and there was a very wide selection of yummy dishes. The service was particularly exceptional and all staff who served us were friendly and made us feel so welcome.

We absolutely loved staying here on the weekend. The hotel is beautiful, the staff all happy, helpful and friendly, perfect location, clean and high class. We were even treated to some cocktails at the bar with our vouchers. Thank-you so much for having us, our new favourite hotel. I've added a photo from Southbank the next day, if you look closely you can see the Rendzvous hotel through the tree on a lovely clear Winters day in Melbourne. 5 stars.

I booked a stay from Sunday to Wed with a disabled friend who recently had a Hip & knee operation. Staff were friendly and accommodating and nothing was a problem. Any issues we had were handled quickly and with professionalism. Room 734 & 908 Thank you Team I will defiantly be returning and recommending.

Had an awesome half-day meeting here. Really great event staff. Audio visual set-up and support was amazing! We really enjoyed the venue and hope to be back soon!
