We have been most impressed with all our dealings with Ecostar Double Glazing. The initial contact with sales staff was very professional and informative and once we had decided to go ahead with the order, we were kept up to date with the progress of manufacture. Once our windows were ready for installation we were contacted to arrange a suitable date to begin. The date was confirmed several times where we were also informed about the names of the tradies who would be fitting our windows and expected time they would be arriving. The whole time the trades were at our home they were respectful of our home very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up each day. They worked very efficiently and their work was of a very high standard. The work was completed well on time and we were kept updated on progress and which areas of the house they would be focusing on each day. A few days after installation we had a minor issue with the closing mechanism of one of our sliding doors. The office staff were very helpful when we contacted them and the issue was fixed later that day with one of the original tradies attending to fix the problem. The workmanship has been commented on several times by other trades people who have visited since the window installation was completed with very positive feedback from each of them. We are extremely happy with the final result and aftercare we have received. We highly recommend Ecostar to anyone.

We chose Ecostar for two double full length windows, a single and ensuit window. They are expensive, but the quality is amazing. They look exactly like wood, but operate so smoothly. Traffic noise and barking dogs are just gone. Having a conversation through the closed widow with someone outside is very difficult, as all you can hear is a muffled mumble. Everything went so smoothly and the installation was amazingly fast and they left leaving the area imacculate. We are very happy with them.

Ecostar have a great product manufactured in the UK. We got few doors installed couple of years ago and had no doubts when we wanted to change the windows. Double glazing in Melbourne is a must as it saves on energy bills and reduces sound pollution. Great customer service too. Fully recommend.

We had the best experience with this company from the moment the sales person came. Our installers were excellent, they were on time every day, worked from the minute they arrived until they left, solved problems easily (our house is in the hills), cleaned up everything and were an absolute delight. The windows are amazing and have exceeded all expectations. Not only do they look spectacular but the heat retention is immediate and we can no longer hear the traffic on a busy road behind our house. Thank you

We can honestly say that APS has been easy, straight forward helpful. If you can, visit their showroom and manufacture site. Firstly easy to contact and always available. Secondly they showed up on time and communicated clearly. And lastly they helped us out when a different company delayed our bathroom window. APS jumped in and saved the day.
