My mate recommended Nova so we gave them the opportunity to quote. Excellent service and very good product. The guy who did the quote was on time, took shoes off without asking and was very thorough. He provided detailed opinions. The installers we great, shoes off when they could, neat and professional. The quote was competitive for the Australian made Ariston ducted aircon system. We are very happy with the service and outcome. Highly recommended.

Nova Air & Electrical installed 2 units for my home recently. From quote to installation to follow up - professional service. Excellent communication and very accommodating with other interruptions on the day of install. The units fit perfectly, asthetically blend in the background and operate quietly. The staff that came to my house to install was great, friendly and did a good job. Karen’s poor communication via email loses a star though. My last email was unresponded to.

Josh and team were great, super responsive and helpful. They replaced a bathroom 3-in-1 light for us, which ended up having a manufacturer defect and needed replacing. The electrician sent out under warranty said Barrack’s work was excellent, everything was marked/labelled and it made their job easy.

Would absolutely recommend Barrack Electrical to others. Josh and his team - special shout out to Sam and Jake - did a wonderful job setting up outdoor power supplies, a mini-power box, new data cabling, sensor lighting and light fixture replacements to our property. Josh was really fantastic to work with and provided recommendations that were aimed at efficiency, simple solutions at lower pricing (reduced a lot of unnecessary expenditure on our part), and long lasting solutions. The team always showed up with a smile, were super lovely and talkative, and showed a lot of respect to the house and pride in their work.

Josh and the team at Barrack Electrical were amazing from start to finish! We engaged them to complete the electrical works on our large extension. Everything was done on time and to a high quality. We didn’t make it easy for them, insisting on including a huge, 4m island light in our design. But it was no match for the guys and they installed it absolutely perfectly. Josh was friendly, accommodating and communicated well. Highly recommend :)

A1 service by Duncan Kerr Electrical company! Spoke to Duncan initially to get an estimate and he responded sincerely. The friendly electrician Simon was on time and did a fantastic job at our house. He discussed with me and my wife to understand our needs before giving suggestions on what would work best for us. The outcome was very satisfying. Simon left our house neat and tidy. Duncan was open to price us reasonably as well. We would definitely recommend Duncan Kerr Electrical services to our friends and their families.

Duncan and Jenny were extremely helpful and responsive over the phone/email. Nick and Levi who completed the work were both lovely to work with. They were efficient and polite and neat and tidy. I was very impressed with their communication and the pride and effort they put into their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking for similar electrical work to be completed.
