Rang seeking assistance from numerous Eleco's and after being pushed from one to another picking certain jobs I find Jason, we'll mannered, upfront, fully transparent on process offered and offering to fit my job into his busy schedule going into a long weekend to meet my urgency. Pleasure to deal with and did not think customer service like this was still alive. Thankyou, highly recomended.

I called up to get my dryer fixed and booked him in and he asked what it was doing and he told me to try something on it and it worked it was just one setting that it didn’t work. He gets 10 stars from me for such amazing customer service and honesty. As he could have gone ahead and came out and charged me to tell me that but didn’t. Highly recommend this small business.

Jason arrived when promised and repaired the tumble drier quickly and efficiently at a reasonable charge. I can recommend him.

After battling to find a competent appliance repair business to fix our oven door (which had been unusable for 5 months), I was lucky enough to find Fast Tech and Sean who turned up when promised and was very professional. Although he hadn't worked on our type of oven door previously, he persisted and had the hinges of our oven door fixed very quickly. We had previously been told by a different repair company that we would need to order new hinges from Italy! We highly recommend Sean and we wouldn't hesitate to call on him again if ever the need arises. So wonderful to find a competent, polite and reliable tradesman. Thanks again Sean.

I haven't dealt with Sean personally but he has helped my wife out twice. Once for a washing machine and then for a fridge. He is prompt and courteous. He gives phone updates to let you know when he will get there, which has been within 24 hours both times we have called on him. He fixed our issues. His prices are reasonable and his service has probably saved us money. Very happy

Excellent service - from photos Sean was able to make an experienced guess to the problem and had the part with him. It’s a very old fridge that I was not keen to replace and now I don’t have to. Very happy customer.
