Great service! It was 4:30pm when I rang, 30 minutes before closing time, they were obviously hoping to close early that day, but waited around until I could get there with the faulty phone, which was just before 5pm. They were up front and honest about the cost for repair and explained the risks of the screen breaking while attempting battery replacement. I accepted the risk and the next day the phone was ready to pickup, thankfully they were able to fix it without the screen breaking. Very impressed with the turnaround and workman ship in this store. Would recommend for your next phone repair.

Highly recommend Lambton Phones and Repairs! After a frustrating experience at another store listed on Samsung's website, I was relieved to find such great customer service here. The gentleman was incredibly kind and understanding, walking me through all my repair options and helping me find the best solution. It's surprising how stressful phone issues can be, especially since my phone feels like my entire computer, but he made the process so much easier. Had a great experience here. Sarfi was very helpful in fixing my scratched and slightly cracked screen on the spot. It took 2 hours, however the result was excellent and my phone screen now looks brand new. It was moderately priced but then tech stuff always is especially when the job is done professionally. Thank you and I will be recommending your work to family, friends and work colleagues!

Was referred by a friend to try this place out. My toddler smashed the back of my phone. Other businesses quoted me 4 times the price I got quoted here.
