Both ladies at Belmont are lovely and very helpful. In my case, Kylie went above and beyond to identify a suitable unit to store my car, and guided me through the process making it all very painless. She clearly enjoys her job and genuinely wants to help her customers. This makes a world of difference and is really refreshing from the customer's viewpoint. Kylie is a customer service champion.

Our company has used this facility for quite some time. The team have always been super friendly and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend the team and facility.

Alec and Reece are so kind, understand and so very helpful, cannot talk highly enough of them! Storage Kings are best in the biz! Easy use system to access shed, very clean and tidy, super safe and secure! Definitely recommend.

I didn't have high expectations when it came to hiring a storage shed, but I have been surprised with the great service and the storage facilities at Safe and Sound Mayfield. Josh was really great to deal with, and the storage unit is clean and easily accessible.

Brilliant customer service. Feel confident I can ask about anything I’m unsure of. Storage easy to access and the facility clean and maintained.

Team very friendly and helpful. The use of a free truck to move in was also so very helpful and made the process easier.
