I rarely write Google reviews, but I definitely felt the need to on this occasion to commend Paul Winbank and the service team. I recently purchased a used Mazda privately and took it in for a service. My first service visit to Mazda Philip uncovered some significant issues with the car I had purchased. Paul went above and beyond to help get the issues resolved and kept me updated on the progress along the way. After experiencing some questionable service at independent mechanics in the past, this was such a refreshing change. Highly recommend Paul and the team at Philip Mazda.

From the moment the door was opened for us to the moment we drove away with a new Mazda, we were not once disappointed with the service. Prabhjot was exceptional as was the team from Mazda Phillip. Everything was explained well and Prabhjot was happy to deal with our requests.

The staff, particularly Prabhjot Singh and Darwish Khan, were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. What could have been a difficult and confronting experience, was made simple and accommodating. Thank you to the team.

Today I picked up a new car from Lennock, sold to me by Chloe. I found Chloe to be very professional and helpful. The first time I walked in she listened to me to find out exactly what I wanted. I asked for some time to look at another brand and she honoured that before contacting me again. She was well-informed, courteous and friendly. Toby at Lennock has provided the best service. He is extremely knowledgeable about all cars in the Hyundai range. Toby has provided excellent advice and been extremely responsive, but not at all pushy. Toby has keep me informed as to the progress of my purchase - thank you Toby, highly recommended.
