The quality of the home they built is absolutely immaculate and we are beyond thrilled to have acquired one of their much sort after homes. The attention to detail and quality finishes are second to none, and their ongoing support is fantastic. Sunny and the team do their utmost to ensure the quality that we have received is up to their exceptionally high standards.

Although coming late into the buying process, my experience has been very pleasant with everyone involved with Sunny Homes. Settled and happy and overall happy with the build and after care. Nothing is too much and if there’s an issue , Sunny doesn’t shy away from doing his best to making things right. Customer satisfaction makes him very happy.

The first thing that impressed me was their organisation. There were assigned people in our build journey that guided, updated and followed up. Everyone in the team is highly collaborative. We are very pleased with our new home and the quality of the build by Punjab Homes. Iqbal has been very responsive and attentive towards all our needs and generous with his inclusions. From the initial go, Iqbal was very helpful as he provided creative recommendations to ensure our building plan made best use of the space. Throughout construction Iqbal made sure he kept us informed on a regular basis and we were able to customise our home by selecting almost everything of our choice. As initially promised, our dream home was completed way before hand over date. We have been living in our home for over six months and have received many of compliments from our friends and family who love our new home as much as we do.

I was pleased to build a house with Suman and his team at Taz Building. Whenever we needed to address a construction issue, Suman and Anu were available and helpful. I also have to say that their allowances were quite generous compared to many other builders in the ACT. All minor issues we had were rectified and fixed. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Compared to many other local builders, Suman is very professional and responsive. I will definitely consider building another house with him.
