My child went to Busy Bees and we had the worst experience. They were taking high amounts of money out of my account with no explanation. First day at Goodstart ANU the vibe was different. It was so welcoming staff said hello as we walked through the centre and knew my child’s name already which was so nice. Shows me all staff are well informed of new children coming in. The management team are so friendly and helpful as well as the educators. Everything is simple, there’s no large amounts of money being deducted we get sent an invoice every week that is clear and easy to read unlike the one I used to get from Busy Bees. Goodstart definitely isn’t about making profit. Such a great centre with experienced and loving staff who really do the most for the children.

We went on four tours of daycares around Civic, and Goodstart ANU definitely stood out easily. What I like about this place: 1. Smiley and very friendly staffs, this makes all parents and children welcome while the staff of one of other tours we went to was full of attitudes and arrogant. 2. Wide open space and good hygiene. No sticky floor! Guess kids enjoy their days here playing with options. 3. Educators put their hearts to their works, this is not just limits to notes taken, developments planned.

The guardian team has been so welcoming and patient with the transition of my children starting and settling in. All of the nursery 1 and nursery 2 staff have been amazing, so approachable and you can tell they genuinely care about the children. The management team are so caring and always so sweet. 10/10 recommend.

Very satisfied with Gardian Childcare& Education. The staff are very eager every morning to greet my child. I have had both my children coming to this organisation and each time very happy with the level of care they have and are providing to my family. Front office team are great if I have a question. The level of hygiene standards and protocols are high. Thank you Guardian Team at Bruce.

We have had a wonderful experience with Guardian Bruce. Our boys have loved being there. The educators are all very caring and treat the children like their own.

KIDS ACADEMY EARLY LEARNING PHILLIP REVIEWS

Absolutely love this childcare facility. As soon as my partner and I walked through the doors for a tour, we instantly had a good feeling about the centre. From day one in 2024 and still to this day 2025, my daughter has had the best experience and I walk out feeling good knowing the educators look after her, follow her schedule to the best they can, which is pretty much always on point with what I provide to them. I love that they spend time in different rooms getting to know different educators and kids. The whole facility is always clean and the effort they go to on a daily basis is unmatched, it’s just overall refreshing when you walk in! The meals that the chef provides on a daily basis are always great choices and a huge variety, therefore encouraging the kids to try different foods, they bring out a new menu for each season. I look forward to watching my daughter grow and progress into each room and being apart of this great centre until it’s time for big school. I will be bringing my future children to this centre.

Our family has had a wonderful experience with Kids Academy Phillip since enrolling our child. The staff are kind and attentive to the needs of the children in their care, have open lines of communication with parents and encourage a warm and welcoming environment. The centre is in a convenient location and is always clean, tidy and inviting.

My son has attended Kids Academy for nearly 4 years. As he is due to embark on his journey to ‘Big School’ next year - I just wanted to pass on my sincere appreciation to Kate and team for the beautiful care that we have received over these years. Our family is truly grateful to you all.
