As a wedding photographer, it was a pleasure to document one of my clients' wedding day at the Hyatt Hotel Canberra! They had the private and luxurious wedding of their dreams here, and the stunning architecture, beautiful interior decorations, and gardens were nothing short of phenomenal. From beginning to end, the staff were exceptional at their job, and the ceremony and reception went seamlessly. We used one of their spacious event spaces, which was just the right size for the entire guest list. There were several perfect spots for photo opportunities, both indoor and outdoor. It's truly a hotel made for special occasions, and I can't recommend it enough!

The Hyatt Hotel in Canberra is an institution steeped in history. The hotel has a gracious old world feeling, but with modern amenities. It is well-located being in walking distance to Parliament House, Lake Burley Griffen and Canberra City. The rooms are very quiet and the beds very comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep.

Fantastic service provided by the staff. Attentive & friendly house keeping staff deserve a praise. Room was comfortable & spacious. Huge bath tub & clean bathroom. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Great location to the lake. Gym facility/pool was excellent. Highly recommend.

As a wedding photographer, it's not always that I find a phenomenal wedding reception venue like QT Canberra. When it comes to urban-chic celebrations smack dab in the middle of Canberra, this place is definitely an option for you! My clients chose this funky hotel to have a blast with their wedding guests, and it couldn't have been better. From the romantic, bar-like ambience to their services, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was catered to. And because of the exceptional customer experience, everyone could enjoy and have fun from beginning to end. I also had a fantastic time capturing the energetic bunch in this trendy reception space. I can't recommend it enough!

Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. Decent rates (I work for a charity and we are always looking for best rates). Central location, easy walk to city centre. On this experience, I will 100% stay here next time I am in Canberra.

Had an overnight stay. Large room with clean and comfortable facilities located in the heart of Canberra. Will definitely be back when in Canberra again.

Had a one night stay here the night before Good Friday. We arrived quite late to discover that it is nigh on impossible to find an open kitchen after 9pm in Canberra. We were tired after a long drive so decided to throw caution, and our wallets, to the wind and to order room service some 20 minutes before it was meant to end for the night. Things went awry with the online ordering system but a very nice and patient young woman at the front desk put through our order and we settled in for the night.

Went to Canberra to visit our son. We always stay at the Crowne Plaza. The staff are always genuinely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and environment is welcoming. Excellent restaurant. Walking distance to central Canberra. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you guys.
