Really friendly and professional staff. Communicate easily when little bumps occur like a part being delayed meaning a later then thought pick up time. Felt like they worked really hard, so I was still able to pick up car same day just a little later. Lovely blokes, easy to chat with highly recommend. I trust the workmanship and their transparency with work needed etc.

Did a great job diagnosing a failed sensor on my FG XR6 Turbo. Listened to what I had observed, did a number of thorough tests and explained clearly what they found. Didn’t carry on like the car was a magic unicorn because it was modified and tuned like some places do. I’ll be back!

Needed a wheel bearing replacement, which the team at 5a we’re able to do in under 2 hrs at a very affordable price. We’re not pushy about any other additional services that the car needed when I declined. Will definitely recommend.

Tony was very personable and helpful. I received a very good service for my car, with the mechanic keeping in contact with me via video of what needed to be done mechanically. Also good service from the auto electrician who was able to diagnose and correct most of my auto lights. Tony also kept in contact with me during the service of my car, both mechanically and electrically. Tony also provided me with someone to drop me off at a shopping centre while the car was being serviced and to pick me up when the car was finished. Excellent service. Would highly recommend. They told me ‘they have never seen this issue before’. Feeling hopeless and about to sell my car I found Techzworks. Mike and the team fit my car in ASAP. Within a day they diagnosed the issue, changed the broken part and retuned my car. My beloved Subaru is running like it’s brand new. I’m so thankful for their help and will definitely be back for any services and maintenance issues.

Was losing hope of getting my car tuned but these guys went through thick and thin to get my car tuned after finding an issue from a previous owner and never gave up on finding a way around it.
